Our man in the field reports from down below

This just in from Brazil.....

Today spent a bunch of time in the village of Corrego Da Luz, Brazil, a small town  about 90 miles east of Rio de Janeiro.

It turns out this place is huge for people who like off road riding in the muggy, thick forested hills. During our interviews with those who contracted yellow fever, you could hear good exhaust notes in the hills. When these riders passed us on the road later, these guys were all wearing chest protectors, boots, helmets, gloves etc.

This bar is where they meet and hang out. I left a few cards there, but everyone speaks only Portuguese.
