It's Motorcycle Movie Night

 What better way to celebrate than a few random pictures of motorcycle stuff.

Completed my task; rode the entire year. Bagged December this afternoon. Timing is everything. Tomorrow shall be snowy and perhaps followed by shitty freezing rain.

Three things of note

Of course, the photojournalist failed to get the bike shot from the lefthand side that features a Red Wing Ironworks Motorbike Club sticker. (For the record, we have way better photojournalist at work for us,)

Second, Motorcycle Movie Night is set for 7 P.M. December 10 at Bill's Rising Sun Dive Bar. No holiday MMN could be complete without the traditional "Get Ride of Your Crap" gift exchange. (Used condoms prohibited.) Yep, this is our version of the white elephant gift exchange, and believe me, we have passed off some clunkers. No cover charge before 8 P.M.

Little Timmy is hosting the first round of movie mayhem. Starts at 7 p.m. this Saturday. All the cool kids will be there.

What is on my pea brain today....

Perhaps a ride on Saturday. Sure, it's a mid-October weather suck fest out there today. But come Saturday, all should be bright and rosy. Coffee, say 830 to 0900 at Caribou? I am thinking Minnesota side, head down to Houston County. Or whatever route Christian picks. (Keeping fingers crossed some Triumph parts come in.)

When in France...

 ...Do the dance. These just in from our Man In the Field, covering some big story or some such thing, in Paris. We've requested that a Red Wing Ironworks Motorbike Club sticker be firmly planted to the Eifel Tower. They love stickers in Paris.

From today's ride

Stuff we saw here and there, including two new Aerostich Roadcrafter suits in hi-viz in downtown Durand, Wis. Hardly a bug spatter. Rookies.

Close call in Lake City today...

Edwin the Alien's leg fell off while riding through Lake City. today. After calling 911, paramedic crews found the missing appendage and quickly whisked Edwin off to the emergency room. After 10 minutes of grueling surgery, the leg was successfully re-attached. Edward returned to his rightful place of station and resumed his wing man duties.

When you get sick....

Other people get to do fun stuff. Missed out on Motosota, flat track racing and the European bike show.... The best we got is one from flat track at Cedar Lake Speedway and this stuff from Northfield.
