Now that weed usage is legal in the state of Washington and the City of Seattle, all motorcycles have been banned and only the use of Segways is allowed. Helmets are required and there will be no fraternizing with outlaw Segway gangs unless, of course, it is to smoke a blunt, which of course, is now legal. Please behave in the Emerald City and beyond.
